It’s not all about Champagne! There are many many different and amazing sparkling wines out there. From Prosecco, to ‘Petnat’ and Piquettes. We will be discussing the classics as well as the new trends, with great examples of each. You will be walking away with knowledge on how the main styles are made, typical regions and how to pair them with food.
